  • Data management on myHR regarding all employee data,
  • Reporting on HR administration processes such as annual leave, employee list,
  • Executing legal requirements on HR administrative (Employee SGK entrance, termination, etc)
  • Medical and life insurance transactions
  • Providing data for monthly payroll ( Transportation aid, overtime, vacation days, etc)
  • Vacation day and overtime approval and tracking
  • Act as a main contact for the customer groups, regarding administrative operations

  • As appropriate participate in ad-hoc projects
  • May play a role in supporting the execution of Core Processes such as OHS survey completion, data validation etc. 
  • Administer local agreements/policies – providing clear interpretation to employees/managers where appropriate
