Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data and insight from retail and household panels, macro and micro trends and deliver clear insights along with implications for the business

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA degree
Minimum 2 years of work experience with a finance focus
Experience in product costing, big 4 audit experience is a plus (ERP system knowledge is an asset)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications

Manage and maintain the quality inspection and product release programs for incoming materials and finished goods.

Continuous improvement by maintaining improvement studies in quality and food safety projects

Organize audits, support multifunctional projects, continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor daily quality activities

Initiate, review and update quality reports

Manage consumer complaints & related actions for performance increase

Manage pest control programme

Ensure continuity of HACCP systems and review the systems with HACCP team

Organize AIB and FSSC audits, lead the food safety team and analyze the findings and ensure necessary actions are taken to prevent re-occurance

All activities should be conducted inline with PepsiCo Health and Safety System and ISO 14001 Environmental System
