What is WE Power?

At BSH, “Diversity and Inclusion” is one of our culture’s most fundamental values, and we are aware that this value plays an essential role in our achievements.

In line with this culture, we believe in women’s power, and to be genuinely able to reveal their potential, we encourage women’s inclusion in the workforce. Therefore, we have started a project called “WE Power”. As a major pillar of this project, we invite women engineering students to celebrate the “International Women in Engineering Day” with various activities to truly embrace the power of being woman in engineering. Then, we offer some of these students to become project students in their choice departments.

We aim to offer women engineering students unique working experiences and supportive environments for their development, sustain equal opportunities for everyone and take BSH’s “Diversity and Inclusion” culture a step further while improving the quality of life at home.

• 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade bachelor students, master students or doctorate students in engineering departments of universities
• Able to work at least 3 days a week
• Able to work independently and take initiative with a focus on tomorrow, agility, leadership, collaboration, and innovation 
• Enthusiasm to work in an international and diverse team
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Eager to work in the factory in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ or in the headquarter in Ümraniye, İstanbul
