- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and relevant disciplines

- Excellent command of English

- Good command of Windows applications especially MS Office

- Minimum 1 years of part-time experience of Communications or Marketing/Digital Marketing or Digital agencies.
- Ability to manage, monitor and participate in conversations with customers and consumers via social accounts.
- Experience working with social media analytics, social media listening.
- Good customer service orientation and attitude.
- Ability to manage distribution of interactions to solve with related departments.
