The purpose of this role is to build, roll-out & embed best in class project management on marketing innovations, promotions, activations, value engineering and renovation through stage gate, systems, data standards, & KPIs consistent with Category & EER (PepsiCo East Europe organization) best practices & principles.
Keep x-functional team on track against key milestones, particularly in between Gates, to ensure that programs remain on target for planned launch dates
Providing world-class Commercial project management expertise, delivering solutions that enable rapid speed-to-market and flawless execution
Driving innovation synergies and minimizing duplication and low value-add activities
Challenge project plans, financials and assumptions in order to optimize P&L and timelines and minimize project risk
Develop creative solutions with input from Commercialization Manager and x-functional team
3rd (about to be 4th year in September) students studying in related departments of universities (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluent in English
Candidates who can be available at least 3 days per week
