Digital Marketing


  • Develop, implement digital marketing strategies, plans, activations working closely with brand teams and media team.
  • Create brand based digital calendar plan and engagement platforms, setting the direction on what will be delivered and ensuring that digital channel needs are considered from the beginning of the ideation process,
  • Orchestrate the digital media planning, buying and digital content launches for all brands
  • Orchestrate the digital asset productions from initiation to final asset delivery with related brand teams
  • Manage digital channels: social media channels, brand websites
  • Responsible of digital reporting dashboards 
  • Lead content approval tool
  • Deliver clear reviews of activity performance vs. plan and define future recommendations to optimize, improve digital performance
  • Manage and lead relations with digital media agencies
  • Lead/support/consult all digital touchpoints with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with digital marketing transformation team lead, coordinate and execute the key initiatives: platform investment decisions, ROI studies, third party projects, technology, tool deployments, test & learn agenda etc.

  • Lead team for brand engagement delivery: creative, strategy and production to ensure best in class work is delivered
  • Lead team for creative solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
  • Support and manage the cost efficiency, quality of brand engagements, creatives
  • Maintain constant communication with brand contacts enabling an ever-present pulse on activation of the engagement
  • Ensure team is aligned and resourced appropriately across all projects, productions
  • Support team in developing debriefs, strategies. Supports team in digital marketing strategies and media planning requirements
  • Ensure team implements best practices and creates ideas/campaigns based on guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Min 9 years of brand and team management experience in FMCG sector
  • Perfect command of English
  • Good level of ATL&BTL knowledge
  • Ability to work with virtual teams in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment
  • Strong strategic mindset, creative act and solid analytical thinking
  • Proactive, think & act ahead: able to project in the future
  • Thinking out of the box to solve complex problems by smart & pragmatic solutions with strong time management capability
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment
  • High level of professional maturity with leadership and influencing skills - ability to manage up/down and strong interpersonal skills for interaction with internal/external senior leaders
