The purpose of this role is to build, roll-out & embed best in class project management on marketing innovations and activations through stage gate, systems, data standards, & KPIs consistent with Category & EER (PepsiCo East Europe organisation) best practices & principles. The overarching role of Commercialization is to enable our organization to remain competitive and achieve sustained growth via the flawless execution of ‘Fewer, Bigger, Better’ innovation.
Ensure the team are ready for Gate Reviews, including all necessary information available and all critical tests and results complete
Identify & escalate risk within projects to Commercialization Associate Manager for resolution with key stakeholders
NPD ownership & reporting
Ensure together with Planning the actual results of innovations are accurately reported in FP&A and in Accolade
Better Comm’n support for business processes
PPA / Comm change project management
Actively manage VE productivity & Renovation & Promotion projects & stage gate support
Preparation and analysis of Channel and sub channel profitability & detailed application & analysis of Gross Rev, D&A plans of Traditional Trade (TT) Salty Snacks
Build and analyze alternative channel P&L’s i.e.Horeca, School, Military
Give finance support on modeling, analysis, developing financial terms & conditions, decks etc
Must work closely with control, planning, commercial and purchasing teams
Must keep pace with the constantly changing variables of the projects and adapt all documents to reflect these changes and also make sure all stakeholders are in line with the updated information
Ensure pre-post evaluation of activities (customer initiatives & promotions)
Provide performance visibility and tracking per channel initiative
Enable financial KPIs, process and reports for measuring the effectiveness and control of the sales budget of TT channel
Execute D&A Optimization plans per channel and sub-channels according to segmentation
Execute the military tender process in order to sustain profitable growth by planning and tracking the bidding process
Own daily / monthly tactical consumer value and/or trade promo activity planning, approval and budget follow-up
Contract based performance follow-up via timely reports
Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
Supply Chain experience (+5 years)
Project Management experience (+2 years)
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously
LSS Trainings and proven projects in Supply Chain
Know-how in FMCG business
High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
Advanced spoken & written English skills
Good communication and influencing skills with stakeholders to build collaboration and drive tangible action
Strong computer skills (MS Office & various SC tools such as WMS, VMI, TMS, etc.)
