You will be responsible catalog management for distributors and customers (Top local key accounts),make joint planning and business development meetings with the merchandising team and plan & implement of activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,


You have a key role to monitor the periodic meetings with distributors with sales representatives and distributors in accordance with future goals.

·       Manage database and analyze data


·       Track Panorama and internal systems for product/customer related data (product opening, price definitions etc.)


·       Provide distributor support, track sell-in/sell-out data


·       Prepare and deliver periodic distributor month closing figures


·       Take project based responsibility and demonstrate close follow up with internal/external stakeholders

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • 7-8 years of experiences in marketing, sales and trade marketing
  • You should have excellent communication skills in English, advanced level of MS Office Applications and B class driving licence,
  • Team management experience is also important because you will have a team including two direct reports.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative teams.
  • You need to have strong analytical problem solving skills to analyze customer / SKU based data for category management projects and make proposals for category growth at customer

  • 4 years’ university degree, preferably in Business and Commercial departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies,
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills,

  • Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
  • Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
  • Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
