  • To follow and contribute to the successful conception or implementation of merchandising projects.
  • Create shopper experience in wall units and shop in shops regarding NYX brand priorities
  • Lead the creation of POS material answering the marketing needs.
  • Contribution to creating and implementing shopper experience in POS supporting company beauty tech vision.
  • Ensure all priorities and activities are executed in commercial calender  at retails
  • Be close to the field needs and trends, regulary field visit for ensuring NYX priorities perfectly executed.
  • Track schedules with all parties
  • Ensure budget follow-up, manage po and migo processes. ( Other pos, promogift, tester and capex budget)
  • Create and update optimum  assortment and planogram according to marketing strategies and field needs.
  • In coordination with supply chain department, constructing optimum supplier portfolio to increase effectiveness of Business Development Department
  • Report market share and take actions according to market and shopper needs
  • Lead all promogift process( idea creation, 3rd party communication, production, planning at retails)

The purpose of this role is to build, roll-out & embed best in class project management on marketing innovations, promotions, activations, value engineering and renovation through stage gate, systems, data standards, & KPIs consistent with Category & EER (PepsiCo East Europe organization) best practices & principles.


  • Keep x-functional team on track against key milestones, particularly in between Gates, to ensure that programs remain on target for planned launch dates
  • Providing world-class Commercial project management expertise, delivering solutions that enable rapid speed-to-market and flawless execution
  • Driving innovation synergies and minimizing duplication and low value-add activities
  • Challenge project plans, financials and assumptions in order to optimize P&L and timelines and minimize project risk
  • Develop creative solutions with input from Commercialization Manager and x-functional team

4 years university degree


Minimum 3 years of experiences in category development and sales experience is a plus


Experience in pharmacy, OTC, or dermocosmetic industry is an asset


Knowledge of skin care or personal care is a plus


Excellent communication skills in English


Strong analytical problem solving skills


Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative


Advanced level of MS Office Applications


B class driving license

  • High level of business acumen is required (5 to 7 years business experience)
  • Fluent in English
  • Financial knowledge & commercial understanding
  • Very strong, proven commercial project leadership skills
  • Operating knowledge of how to commercialize large scale innovation (incl. Stage Gate management)
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and/or commercial supply chain experience
  • Good understanding of market research methods
  • Understand channels/trade P&L
