Unilever Gen-Next Programme is a long term, part-time internship programme for students help them acquire work experience to kick-start their careers. You’ll get hands-on experience by working in one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies.

As a part of Marketing team, you’ll ensure while pursuing your brand’s global agenda, you’ll also get in touch with your customer and find new local ways to build a global brand in the market.

• Studying or new graduate from Computer, Electric & Electronics, Electronics  Communications, Mechatronics, Software, Systems or Mathematical departments of the Engineering Faculties
• Having no more than one year work experience
• Fluency in English
• Passion to lead the digital future of Turkey
• Eager to learn more every day

Would you like to be a part of P&G organization as a summer intern this summer? 

We guarantee responsibilities from day 1 and ownership of at least one or two big projects. Your manager will coach you throughout the internship and will ensure you get a dedicated training program. In our program, you will have many learning opportunities, open access to our leadership, and you will join our dynamic teams and work closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand Management, Sales, Supply Network Operations, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Analytics & Insights and Manufacturing.
