  • Anticipate and define the necessary resources for the Distribution Centers in order to answer to the Business Units commitments (service levels, deliveries lead time) over the coming months.
  • Have a daily analysis of the orders portfolio and compare it to the promotion plans. Adapt them to stocks availabilities and to the capacity of distribution centers.
  • Prepare and obtain the arbitration by retailer in order to get a better allocation of resources in case of products shortage.
  • Analyze shortages and carry out products substitutions according to the commercial priorities in order to optimize service level.
  • Coordinate the different logistic services (Sales, Physical Distribution, Customer Service, Business Unit Supply) through the sharing of information (shortages, MAD, substitutions) in order to ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Follow the launch and promotion activities in order to anticipate risks (service level and costs) and to propose corrective actions plans. - Participate to the optimization of orders picking and transport operations in order to gather orders by delivery point.

Leverages both global/ local know-how and best practices across divisions.


Builds and manages E-commerce Community to ensure effective communication & to accelerate e-commerce know-how transfer among Divisions Builds a systematic corporate monthly e-com. reporting.


Supports divisions to activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization).


Make sure that all divisions are aware of all the guidance and norms coming from the global teams regarding e-commerce


Guide & Support Indirect & D2C businesses.


Supports divisions to build e-jbps.


Supports divisions to develop customer/consumer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.


Cooperate & Guide Love Brand teams to further integrate and accelerate E-commerce mindset and its flawless execution.


Cooperate DATA/CRM team on building e-com business intelligence.


To be the main contact of L’Oréal Turkey for providing e-commerce data and information to Zone.
