  • Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization.
  • Manage the sales forecasts quality.
  • Manage the global monthly sales forecast process.
  • Build the baseline forecast.
  • Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
  • Participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to their activity and be the referent of their job.
  • Deliver strong Brand/Platform performance across TR per key business target (revenue, volume, share, brand KPIs)
  • Implement global brand strategy localization & execution
  • Ensure consistency of the brand strategy and the brand's fundamental elements
  • Define annual marketing calendars keeping alignment with all key stakeholders
  • Lead innovation pipeline with cross-functional teams, as well as leveraging globally existing innovations for TR business
  • Ensure flawless delivery for brand programs – i.e. Innovation, Activation, working closely with cross-functional teams:
  • Internal: R&D, Finance, Procurement, Insights, Commercialization, Sales, Trade, Promotions, etc.
  • External: Digital, SM, Media, PR, Activation, Insights agencies, etc
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, for both planning short & mid terms initiatives, and aligning on flawless execution of initiatives
  • Help identifying new opportunities to drive growth
  • Influence related teams for excellent execution of key taskforce initiatives
  • Manage and track budget accordingly and drive efficient spendings
  • Take people & planet+ iniatives as to move further in PepsiCo culture
  • Manage xfunctional team and develop peers & direct report
  • University graduate
  • Preferably 2 years of functional experience within key account management
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish
  • Good command of Windows applications
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Selling capability, negotiations
  • Ability to cope with a multitask environment
  • Executional excellence
  • Military service completed for male candidates
  • Driver Licence (B)
  • 4 years’ university degree, preferably in Business and Commercial departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies,
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills,
