  • Plan daily Sell-In Orders (Sell-In Order proposals) and communicate that with VMI Customer via customer platform
  • Plan truck building loads from PepsiCo DC to VMI Customer DC; ensure the target stock level on VMI Customer DC
  • Communicate the weekly schedules with logistics team to accelerate the system risks and manage priorities, if necessary to ensure service
  • Align on proposed orders with sales supervisors on a daily basis
  • Maintain deployment planning data, such as safety stock and warehouse storage capacities in planning software (JDA). Responsible for maintaining master data in the system to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain the VMI Customer (Distributors) iventory and safety stock policies
  • Manage VMI Customer (Distributors) inventory levels and responsible for out of stock & over stock
  • Report the VMI Customer WH capacity and stock level, take necessary actions, agreement with Production Planning and Logistics Teams, to request production plan revision if necessary, informing about daily deployment plan to all teams and follow up the relevant week
  • Driving service excellence through customer service team in order to meet or exceed customer service expectations
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and escalation of issues until resolved
  • Ensuring that customer needs are communicated promptly and effectively within PepsiCo organization as well as to PepsiCo service providers
  • Ensuring understanding of customer service needs and driving service projects to meet or exceed them
  • Check stockout availability or credit limit issues and alert the system if needed
  • Negotiating service level agreements (SLA) with the customers that are fairly balanced between needs of the customers and PepsiCo cost of serving
  • Ensuring robust and effective order processing methods as well as development of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with the clients
  • Ensuring effective follow-ups customer logistic conditions and pallet returns/write offs

  • Degree/ Diploma qualified in relevant subject.
  • Strong background in Transport Planning, use of TMS and Network modeliing
  • Considerable supply chain experience in FMCG
  • Demonstrated a track record of leading people and building teams - setting performance standards, coaching and developing capability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with the various BU transport execution teams, 3PL providers and CS&L functions.
  • Strong business partner - able to diagnose the needs of the business and balance delivery of business agenda with CS&L priorities
  • Entrepreneurial attitude – intellectually curious, identifying opportunities and taking measured risks to driver performance and business growth
  • Detailed understanding and ability to lead effective use of planning tools and integrated ERP systems, preferred: JDA and SAP or Oracle.
  • Fluent in English and (Spanish or Polish or Turkish or Russian – at least 1 of these 4- ).

Manage order placement with correct prices and terms, conditions, delivery, communication for Beverage Direct materials.


Daily follow up of orders, shipments based on Oracle or other systems being used and checking daily shipment list of suppliers if there is any issue or not and making alarms on time.


Solving operational problems with internal stakeholders and suppliers. i.e. GRNI, invoice etc.


Analyzing and providing input for monthly hold report to TU Finance


Follow import process for the scopes/processes which are at GP Turkey Directs responsibility.


Checking customs regulations for each material and new materials.


Complete import registration of new materials and deliver expectations. Feed project procurement timeline accordingly.


Ensure import file closing done on time and correct and correct costs are paid for import.


Participate in cross-functional working groups meetings(productivity or other project meetings or WPM, etc.. upon request to give data/info.

University graduate Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.


At least 2-3 years experience in import operation of food industry


Fluency in Turkish & English


Oracle knowledge would be a significant asset.


A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity.


Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 


  • This position provides assistance to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager. The Warehousing & Distribution Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing all functions of transportation and warehousing operations, and developing collaborative partnerships with both CP colleagues and 3rd parties. 
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Logistics Functions, accountable for the Customer Service Key Performance Indicators and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results, leads efforts to optimize.
  • Transportation and Warehousing costs, acts as a functional resource, providing support on task forces, acquisition studies and major project support, lead efforts to evaluate alternative Supply Chain networks that optimize cost and service objectives while considering changes in business and customer profiles. 
  • Executes Regional/Divisional and Global Logistics strategies and follow-ups and executes actions related with EOHS, FP&R and Quality Standards.
  • The position holder must deliver the agreed to business results while maintaining positive employee relations. 
  • The primary accountabilities of the role include subsidiary Logistics financial performance.
  •  As one of the visible CP representatives of the site, the Warehousing & Distribution Coordinator also assumes a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with the local community, customers, and regulatory agencies.
