- Leading the QCDM meetings (gap to standards) with his/her teams for all production lines
- Provide support to her/his staff to attend necessary trainings
- Identify the growth pillars to be deployed to accelerate channel growth
- Lead Traditional Trade Segmentation updates to drive incremental revenue at POS based on shopper & POS potential and effective trade investment
- Lead multi functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, r&d, insights) for tailored focus across different development zones – East / West etc.. – especially identify and capture mix management and regional opportunities for beverages
- Lead ACP satisfy demand agenda for TT Channel to ensure sales and marketing initiatives are inline with growth targets
- Set up governance tools to ensure excellent execution: responsible for corrective actions on channel/customer strategy
- Set up tracking&reporting tools to ensure business priorities / initiatives are in line with plans.
- Lead/active guidance on key projects such as building competitive programs
- Design and install a holistic ACP scorecard and on-going tracking and review process with clearly defined owners and timing to capture opportunities
- Analyze internal and external data and supply input for channel growth projects
- Manage Cooler Program and increase PepsiCo footprint and volume for target stores
- Lead KazandiRio İş portal to support retailer engagement
