At the end of your Management Trainee program, you will have become an expert on, content management, web-site management, SEO, UX&UI, digital media, data analytics/measurement, e-commerce and will be ready to move to a digital, marketing or an e-commerce role.

• Graduated from engineering degree with production background.
• Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in shift basis
• Proficiency in 6-sigma, Lean Production, Kaizen Problem Solving Techniques.
• Advance knowledge in MS-Office
