Willing to participate and lead continuous improvement projects


Deploy the safety, quality and performance agenda of production, participate or lead the related projects and track the progression


Be a team player - coordinate and motivate the various departments and working groups with regard to performance improvement initiatives


Plan and give trainings the to plant's employees if necessary


Be innovative – promote new improvement ideas in the plant and be the contact person for benchmarking of good practices with other plants in the group


Ensure that health and saftey guidelines are followed.

  • University degree and excellent communication skills in English,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics,
  • Consumer oriented spirit with service as a priority in order to establish a personalized relationship with the client, and optimize the service level
  • B.Sc/ M.Sc degree from mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, chemical or electrical/electronical engineering,


    Willing to make career in production or related fields in a plant environment


    1-2 years of experience in production or related fields


    Excellent communication skills in English


    Able to fit to a dynamic work environment
