  • Preparing and publishing following reports on a quarterly basis:
  • Competitor studies
  • Tracking global and Turkish new players in the market and analysis
  • Collecting and analyzing information about the existing players in the organized trade
  • Collecting and analyzing information about global players
  • Macro economic studies: Quarterly analysis of macroeconomic indicators and preparing the presentation
  • Creating and publishing weekly news of competitors & trade ecosystem: new product, new communication etc.
  • Preparing and regular update of company presentation to be shared with external teams
  • Regular tracking and reporting of global / local articles and news on following topics: Macro - consumer - marketing – technology

Ecommerce is one of the fastest growing way of workings ever created. As PepsiCo, we’re also investing in Ecommerce and this fast growing area need expanded teams in order to increase focus within its sub-channels like eAwayFromHome and focus in specific areas like dedicated marketing orientation. This role will be concentrating mainly on internal stakeholder management and customer collaboration to boost Ecommerce footprints in eAFH channel.


  • Conduct full communication circle with internal stakeholders to make sure PepsiCo internal eAwayFromHome channel tools working and developing properly for Beverage and Snacks products, brands
  • Working closely with AFH and AFH Trade Marketing Teams to support eAFH operations/executions
  • Be in charge and the main contact of eAFH customers like Getir Yemek – Yemeksepeti – Trendyol Yemek – Hepsiburada Yemek, etc…
  • Support key QSRs online channels to increase PepsiCo products/partnerships visibility
  • Contact with Global Teams teams regularly in order to develop mutual learning agenda
  • Continuous control and development over PepsiCo brand’s images and products descriptions over all eCommerce customers in all sub-channels of Ecommerce (Execution of brilliant basics)
  • Lead by monitoring, analyzing and reporting internal sales tools linked with KazandıRio Ecommerce, delivering actionable results and taking necessary actions with related parties
  • Support Ecommerce Sales teams in campaign executions with key customers on weekly and monthly basis by linking Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing teams
  • Generate new content in coordination with digital marketing and external creative partners customized for customer needs. Regular coordination on banner creations and imagery actions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure communication between Ecommerce – brands and sales.
  • Competitor analysis on a regular base
  • Organize and lead collaboration meetings with AFH – Digital – Trade Marketing and external parties when necessary
  • Support eAFH (eAwayFromHome) agenda in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Preparation and analysis of Channel and sub channel profitability & detailed application & analysis of Gross Rev, D&A plans of Traditional Trade (TT) Salty Snacks
  • Build and analyze alternative channel P&L’s i.e.Horeca, School, Military
  • Give finance support on modeling, analysis, developing financial terms & conditions, decks etc
  • Must work closely with control, planning, commercial and purchasing teams
  • Must keep pace with the constantly changing variables of the projects and adapt all documents to reflect these changes and also make sure all stakeholders are in line with the updated information
  • Ensure pre-post evaluation of activities (customer initiatives & promotions)
  • Provide performance visibility and tracking per channel initiative
  • Enable financial KPIs, process and reports for measuring the effectiveness and control of the sales budget of TT channel
  • Execute D&A Optimization plans per channel and sub-channels according to segmentation
  • Execute the military tender process in order to sustain profitable growth by planning and tracking the bidding process
  • Own daily / monthly tactical consumer value and/or trade promo activity planning, approval and budget follow-up
  • Contract based performance follow-up via timely reports

This role contributes to deliver Business Analytics agenda by supporting Analytics Senior Supervisor for Turkey:


  • Support Market & Category growth and PEP market share forecasting process:
  • Coordinate and support adjustment of monthly market & PEP forecasts integrating with Nielsen actuals and DMR cycle figures. Preparing monthly PMR decks in order to share latest figures with commercial teams
  • Feed Analytics Senior Supervisor with trend analysis for PSP/ACP forecasting cycle, coordinating meetings with category teams for alignment process
  • Investigate best practices about forecasting models from Global Practice Network/ agencies in Turkey/ ESSA team to support Analytics Senior Supervisor finding out optimum scientific model
  • Manage, leverage, and develop custom and syndicated analytical tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues, identify information needs, and make actionable recommendations
  • E Commerce Panel: Ensure panel development ,presentation of opp’s and risks to keystakeholders
  • TT Segmentation Panel:
  • Ensure segmentation panel data quality, presentation of insights & opportunities to commercial teams, tracking of actions
  • Contribute to develop Digital Insight & Analytcis Agenda :
  • GDM: Support media & digital ROI studies for each brand every year due to ESSA guideline to influence media spending and its allocation by optimization suggestions ensuring cross functional cooperation with marketing, media, digital marketing team
  • Lift&adapt ESSA Digital Test&Learn studies and Digital Insight Tools to deploy within BU
  • Manage special analyses derived from Nielsen&IPSOS&Kantar Panel according to Analytics team guidance Consistently review and suggests which analyses can help us to reach our must win battles
  • Increase the insights capability of system covering her/his responsible area via trainings
  • Coordinate and manage agency groups and relationships
  • Tercihen Üniversite mezunu / MYO elektrik/mekanik/soğutma/iklimlendirme deneyimi ya da eğitimi
  • Aktif araç Kullanan ve SRC 4 Belgesine sahip,
  • Tercihen Forklift Ehliyeti sahibi,
  • Microsoft Office programlarını çok iyi derecede kullanabilen
  • Tercihen içecek sektörü bilgisi
