This role contributes to deliver Business Analytics agenda by supporting Analytics Senior Supervisor for Turkey:


  • Support Market & Category growth and PEP market share forecasting process:
  • Coordinate and support adjustment of monthly market & PEP forecasts integrating with Nielsen actuals and DMR cycle figures. Preparing monthly PMR decks in order to share latest figures with commercial teams
  • Feed Analytics Senior Supervisor with trend analysis for PSP/ACP forecasting cycle, coordinating meetings with category teams for alignment process
  • Investigate best practices about forecasting models from Global Practice Network/ agencies in Turkey/ ESSA team to support Analytics Senior Supervisor finding out optimum scientific model
  • Manage, leverage, and develop custom and syndicated analytical tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues, identify information needs, and make actionable recommendations
  • E Commerce Panel: Ensure panel development ,presentation of opp’s and risks to keystakeholders
  • TT Segmentation Panel:
  • Ensure segmentation panel data quality, presentation of insights & opportunities to commercial teams, tracking of actions
  • Contribute to develop Digital Insight & Analytcis Agenda :
  • GDM: Support media & digital ROI studies for each brand every year due to ESSA guideline to influence media spending and its allocation by optimization suggestions ensuring cross functional cooperation with marketing, media, digital marketing team
  • Lift&adapt ESSA Digital Test&Learn studies and Digital Insight Tools to deploy within BU
  • Manage special analyses derived from Nielsen&IPSOS&Kantar Panel according to Analytics team guidance Consistently review and suggests which analyses can help us to reach our must win battles
  • Increase the insights capability of system covering her/his responsible area via trainings
  • Coordinate and manage agency groups and relationships
  • Önlisans veya Lisans mezunu
  • Tercihen ön muhasebe bilgisi, 1-3 yıl tecrübe,

  • A Bachelor's Degree; major in industrial engineering, business administration, economy, statistics
  • Internships in market research or CRM is a plus
  • Advanced English skills to be able work at regional level
  • Strong MS office capabilities, experience in Macro writing and other programming language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events etc to generate insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills to be able to clearly distil a lot of complex data and information into actionable insights for the marketing/business.
  • Strong drive for results, a proven self-starter who thrives on a broad remit
  • Persistence when facing challenging situations
  • Control the related production KPI's for his/her responsibility
  • Support to the shift operations managers and shift coordinators to produce the weekly demand according to the plan.
  • Ensuring efficient production runs on production lines for his/her responsibility
  • Track Performance in production Lines lines for his/her responsibility (basic, oil, seasoning, packaging efficiencies) for all shifts
  • Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
  • Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards
  • Define and plan the all shift needs for production lines for his/her responsibility
  • Ensuring food safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
  • Ensuring people safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
  • Lead to the quality and producutivity projects production lines for his/her responsibility
  • Coordinating communication of all related production teams in his/her responsibility
  • Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
  • Meeting the requirements Management system with in the plant such as GEHSMS and 14001 Environmental Management System in his/her area of responsible
  • Support to shift operations manager to lead the weekly performance meeting wih his/her lines .
  • Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
  • Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards contribute to ensure that
  • Contribute to the ensure the cross functional innovative projects.
  • Coordinate and planning the maintenance requirements production lines for his/her responsibility with the maintenance team
  • Supports the Kaizen Process position for process improvements are consistent with improvements in global value chain. Review and verified on the shopfloor daily or weekly flow of the value chain
  • Responsible for the managing the standard works (shop floor and leader standard work) for plant.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in both the material and information flows
  • Report monthly indicators of continuous improvement plan: Advance Lean transformation process monitoring, VSM Strategic Plan.
