  • Delivering revenue, volume and share goals for the company,

  • B2B Utilizations to evaluate consumer pull, activity performance, new product performance and take actions when necessary,
  • Work with related commercial and support functions to drive account specific initiatives,
  • Responsible to track&monitor customer’s activity and discount budget and ensure actual spend will remain within plan.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in related area (productivity, performance improvement, process/program management)
  • High Analytical skills with the ability to work with data, evaluate the factors and plot outcomes
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills
  • Easy communicating, willing to reach solutions through partnership
  • Can do attitude and search for alternative ways when needed to complete a task
  • FMCG knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • LSS Kaizen Leader/ Green Belt certification is a plus

The role’s main objective is to establish an effective and robust business intelligence system that will allow to monitor East Europe & Russia (EER) Snacks business performance and perform EER cross-country analysis to alert and provide insights on key business problems.

Key Deliverables of the Role are;


  • Consolidate performance analytics from the individual countries and provide EER Snacks Category leadership with consolidated business overview
  • Unlock full potential of regional reports - for the EER region needs
  • Lead cross-country analysis to address top challenges and opportunities
  • Play the role of single point of contact for BU analytics teams to maximize synergies
  • Ensure excellent partnership with other functions and external partners
