    • Deliver strong Brand/Platform performance across TR per key business target (revenue, volume, share, brand KPIs)
    • Implement global brand strategy localization & execution
    • Ensure consistency of the brand strategy and the brand's fundamental elements
    • Define annual marketing calendars keeping alignment with all key stakeholders
    • Lead innovation pipeline with cross-functional teams, as well as leveraging globally existing innovations for TR business
    • Ensure flawless delivery for brand programs – i.e. Innovation, Activation, working closely with cross-functional teams:
    • Internal: R&D, Finance, Procurement, Insights, Commercialization, Sales, Trade, Promotions, etc.
    • External: Digital, SM, Media, PR, Activation, Insights agencies, etc
    • Collaborate with commercial teams, for both planning short & mid terms initiatives, and aligning on flawless execution of initiatives
    • Help identifying new opportunities to drive growth
    • Influence related teams for excellent execution of key taskforce initiatives
    • Manage and track budget accordingly and drive efficient spendings

    • University graduate
    • Preferably 2 years of functional experience within key account management
    • Excellent command of English and Turkish
    • Good command of Windows applications

    Productivity


    • Preparation of monthly productivity reports, deploying and tracking meeting notes
    • Report spent status & run spent area based analysis to identify opportunity areas
    • Organize ideation sessions & prepare ideation decks, follow-up actions after sessions
    • Routinely search for best practices across sector and global teams to feed the idea pipeline


    E2E Waste Management


    • Monthly reporting of waste baseline with cause of changes
    • Work closely with initiative owners and track the status of initiatives
    • Conduct the communication roadmap for waste culture, 4) support preparations for bi-monthly SteerCos.


    ​​​​​​​Total Portfolio Optimization


    • Data preparation for product portfolio analysis with multiple lenses, collect stakeholder reviews
    • Organize workshops& follow-up post actions
    • Collect inputs for benefit quantification


    Non-Ops LSS:


    • Monthly reporting for program tracking
    • Feed opportunity pipeline from different platforms
    • Conduct communication plan of LSS through the company, data maintenance at project management system
    • Delivering revenue, volume and share goals for the company,
    • Extensive analysis to understand customer business drivers, support identifying future growth initiatives and making necessary preparations for annual top-to-top meetings,
    • Communicating of annual agreement in-store execution details to sales field,
    • Planning and implementation of promotions and insert activities, including supply chain coordination,
    • Develop effective account activity calender communication tool with sales field in order to secure excellent in-store execution of activities,
    • Conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities,
    • Measure, monitor and report key accounts activities,
    • B2B Utilizations to evaluate consumer pull, activity performance, new product performance and take actions when necessary,
    • Work with related commercial and support functions to drive account specific initiatives,
    • Responsible to track&monitor customer’s activity and discount budget and ensure actual spend will remain within plan.
