20 Ekim'de başlayacak program 6 saat teknik eğitim, 2 saat opsiyonel ofis saati olmak üzere haftada 8 saat, 12 hafta sürecektir. 

Teknik eğitim süresi 72 saattir.

Teknik eğitime ek olarak, öğrencilerin sorularını sorabilmesi için ek TA Office Hour’lar açılır.

Support implementation of new Ingredient Management System in R&D with new IT toolsUpgrade existing ingredients specification through alignment with Product Developer, Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality AssuranceSupport Product Developers on new IT tools and new ingredient approval process in line with PQP (Pepsico Quality Program) Global StandardsWork closely with the suppliers ( request and receive documents for material qualification (certifications, declarations, test results), testing of samplesCoordinate and follow up the commercial qualification plan preparation for existing ingredients through alignment with Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Food Safety.
