Staj sürecim boyunca birçok görev ve sorumluluğum oldu. Departmanımızın iletişim halinde olduğu saha satış ekibinin bilgilendirilmesi ve yönlendirilmesi konusunda yöneticilerime destek sağladım. Gerekli raporlamalar konusunda yardımlarda bulundum. Yıllık düzenlenen ulusal toplantıların organizasyonu konusunda aynı şekilde yöneticilerime destek verdim. En fazla bulunduğum görev, saha satış ekibine olan destek kısmında oldu. Pazarlamanın sahadaki gücünü oluşturan saha satış ekibinin kıyafet tasarımı ve satış araçlarının giydirilmesi konularında , yöneticim ile birlikte saha satış ekibi ile sürekli iletişim halindeydik.

“Hayırlı Sabancı Desteğiyle İngilizce Fırsatım Programı”na başvuruda bulunan adayların aşağıdaki kriterleri karşılaması beklenmektedir:

T.C. vatandaşı olması,

Türkiye’de eğitim veren devlet üniversitelerinde okuması,

Üniversitelerin 3. sınıf öğrencisi olması ve beklenen mezuniyet yılının 2023 olması,

5/6 yıllık eğitim veren bölümlerde sondan bir önceki sınıfta olması,

Genel not ortalamasının 4 üzerinden en az 2,50 olması (100'lük sistemde en az 65),

3 taneden fazla başarısız dersi bulunmaması,

3 kur boyunca, yaklaşık 12 ay, haftada 2 gün/4,5 saat online İngilizce derslerine katılabilecek durumda olması (Hafta içi: 18.30-20.45, Hafta sonu: 11.00-13.15 veya 14:00-16:15)

İngilizce öğrenme motivasyonu yüksek olan, gönüllülük ve kulüp çalışmalarında aktif rol alan gençler seçimde önceliklendirilecektir.
