Working dedicated to channel based innovation and in&out projects
Following innovation related NPD product performance
Colloborate and represent supply team in the field of NPD and in&out related proejcts
Working very close with commercialization, marketing, sales and demand planning on end-to-end new product development
Managing the end to end supply planning process, supply bottlenecks and similar issues for innovation and channel based projects
Managing and controlling inventory levels for customer specific projects
Working collaboratively with Customer Service on stock allocation especially for channel based projects
Optimizing planning parameters in coordination with the Network Specialist
Providing feedback to S&OP team for material availability and supply related issues
Establishing and maintaining safety stock and inventory balances at lowest feasible levels
Managing supply planning activities related to the phase-in and phase-out of finished goods and components together with the demand planners across the region
Working on projects with manufacturing leaders in order to promote innovation and increase efficiency
Reporting the performance KPIs on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• University degree
• Min 4 years CPG experience with at least 2 years Revenue Management experience, preferably including both Strategy & Execution and covering each discipline (Pack/Price/Promotions/Trade Terms/Mix)
• Strong commercial and analytical ability
• Deep analytical expertise, financial / P&L competency, consumer research experience, Conjoint experience, elasticity measurement techniques
• Experience of Sales Finance/ Customer planning (TPM) systems deployment and use
• Core Planning Process definition and implementation
• Insights & agency experience across both Shopper & Consumer
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Matematik Mühendisliği, İşletme Mühendisliği, Endüstri Mühendisliği, Endüstri Ürünleri Tasarımı, Elektrik Elektronik Mühendisliği, Elektronik Haberleşme Mühendisliği, MIS vb. bölümlerinden birinde okuyorsan ,
- Teknoloji tutkunuysan ve teknoloji alanında bir kariyer hedefliyorsan bu ilanımız tam sana göre!

- 4 - 5 years experience in an organised trade environment.
- Exposure and understanding of category management principals within the organised trade environment.
- Basic computing skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
