About the role
You will join the professional Oral Health division at our Istanbul office. This is a dynamic role which will have you focusing on three main responsibilities – outsourced sales force management, market strategy & planning and professional & academic relationship management.
Our Oral Health division has a reputation for the development of innovative, market-leading oral health care products which consistently delight the consumer and challenge current thinking.
With us you will:
- Have responsibility for overall management for the country sales representatives across our dental channel which will include the contract management of our outsourced agency.
- Play an integral part in the development and implementation our market strategy of our products, including leading the marketing budget, being responsible for the design of the marketing campaigns as well as ensuring successful deployment and execution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our key external partners, within both professional & academic circles such as; health authorities, distributors, trade associations and student / university programs.
- Manage dentist relations for P&G Turkey, coordinate dentist detailers to ensure that we have strong share of mind and professional equity among dental professionals.
- Influence senior management to define go-to-market plans for new innovations which are fit for use for dental professionals and thought leaders.
- Translating local advocacy into meaningful support from dental professionals for our brand and technologies including overall leadership of the Territory Managers within their Region.

- University degree
- Snacks/Beverages manufacturing or FMCG experience would be a distinct advantage
- 1-3 years experience in demand planning, supply planning or logistics, ERP skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Effective time management and planning
- Must have the capability to develop and lead high-performing team
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
- Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA etc) would be a significant asset
- A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
- To actively participate in the establishment, improvement and development activities of the Quality Assurance System in line with the quality policy and objectives, to try to place international and local quality standards in the Company
- Ensuring the implementation of IPS Quality Systems standards in the factory, organizing internal audits and following the actions
- Responding to factory consumer and customer complaints, examining the root causes and tracking actions
- To determine the inspection, measurement and test devices that are in the area of responsibility and to be calibrated, to prepare the calibration / verification plan, and to ensure that calibration / verification is carried out in line with the plan
- To identify quality problems and to carry out improvement studies
- To follow and complete the actions related to quality systems during the preparation stages of internal and external audits such as AIB, FSSC22000, QAS, GCS
- Checking quality KPIs and representing the quality department in QCDM processes
- Ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are taken with root cause analysis and A3 studies in quality-related issues
- To ensure that the necessary corrective actions are taken or taken for nonconformities regarding the quality and food safety management and processes of the quality system and process
- Preparing the forms, procedures and instructions used in the factory and ensuring their implementation
- Establishing the factory document management system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and operational
- Guiding the factory team to improve 3D scorecard results
- Keeping every stage of the process under control, ensuring the tests / analyzes and controls included in the quality plans so that the production can be carried out in accordance with the company standards and legal regulations.
- To follow the publications and legal changes related to the activities for which he / she is responsible, to inform the senior management and personnel on this matter, to make the necessary applications or to have them done,
- Accompanying officers during audits to be carried out by official institutions and private organizations
- Taking an active role in start-up production, organizing external laboratory analyzes of new product samples and creating reports
- To create quality certificates of products and share them with relevant departments
- Ensuring, monitoring and evaluating the activities carried out in the department in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the ERP - GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Coordinating the relations and activities in the department and areas of responsibility, the Head Office and other factories, and the production and facilities,
- Establishing and developing relationships with intra-group organizations / factories and other private and public institutions, representing the Company in these organizations,
- To act in the absence of a Quality Chief and a Food Safety Chief
- To represent the 'Quality Assurance Manager on issues related to quality systems'
- Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters,
- Supports defining promotion strategies and allocation of the budget accordingly,
- Proactively tracks existing promos & helps designing new ones to match must-win-battles,
- Governance and Flawless execution of promotions agenda and collaboration with stake holders (sales, brands, CS&L, Finance, manufacturing, legal, procurement, regulatory, IT),
- Analyzes market, internal data and competition actions, compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of promotion calendar,
- Derives actionable insights from reports to support SBM’s for the regular meetings (PMR, 16 Week, Stage&Gate presentatios, Monthly Brand Audits, etc),
- Leads creative and media agencies for Promo campaign creatives & media plans,
- Contribute & support data analytics initiatives within KazandıRio; Consumer engagement platforms, segmentation & personalization @ scale, lifetime value,
- Support partnerships & productivity projects to create incremental value into business,
- Focus on Sub sales channel promo project extensions, SPM, DISC, AFH over KazandıRio with relative teams,
- Supports Promo transformation project & KazandıRio application as a business owner. Product development, Consumer UX/UI designs & tests, Internal programs, KPI Tracking and Analytics
- Facilitates sectoral support personnel to leverage the resource.
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with the local management and the business users
- Keep local / subsidiary management up to date with IT projects and strategies, while aligning local needs with global Smart Factory initiatives
- Understand and communicate plant / subsidiary business needs to GIT organization and support the subsidiary management through the project planning process
- Act as a liaison with the Regional IT Manager in order to raise and resolve subsidiary and business issues and requirements and ensure business critical infrastructure issues are resolved in the appropriate manner
- Provide local coordination and planning for infrastructure grid projects. Understand and ensure local alignment with GIT standards, policies and procedures
- Coordinate with relevant people in regards to any system performance and reliability issues, include plant floor systems, server, network, application, security and other responsible teams
- Ensure audit compliance through everyday activities and quarterly evidence gathering processes. Track local IT costs and use cost savings opportunities
- Keep all relevant stakeholders (business and GIT) fully advised on plans, progress, issues and risks. Perform required administration activities to ensure compliance with maintenance policies and security requirements
- Manage PC and IT equipment procurement, replacement and maintenance, including asset tracking, leasing and budget aspects.
- Manage relationships with external vendors where appropriate.
- Review support issues and provide second level site support as required (e.g. PC, MacOS, software deployments, email and collaboration tools, mobile devices, AV equipment, Active Directory, LAN/WAN communications).
- Support the IT onboarding process of new employees, including providing access and familiarization to all relevant technology required to successfully perform their duties.
- Find opportunities for automation to improve efficiency through the use of scripting and/or workflow automation solutions
- Participate in regional and global projects, as required
- Guide software asset management practices locally and globally while maintaining close compliance with Colgate license policies
