Net Revenue Management has been and will be the critical, sustainable topline & bottomline growth driver for PepsiCo Turkey. Net Revenue Management Capability tackles the way we enable and execute this growth lever and aims to create the necessary evolution needed to stay competitive and to win in a constantly changing business and commercial landscape.
The main responsibilities of Net Revenue Management Analyst will be:
Support developing a 3-5 year NRM Capability Roadmap working closely with commercial stakeholders and sales finance, conduct relevant supporting analysis & engage relevant market unit functional leads to support as required.
Support the NRM 2.0 program development and execute in Turkey BU to cover all revenue management levers: Price elasticity; promotion effectiveness; mix management. This includes automation of basic NRM analytical tasks and leveraging big data to unlock complex business and demand drivers.
Lead/ support projects on NRM Systems and Process development to infuse right capabilities to unlock growth across both Traditional and Organized Trade while enabling increased spending visibility and effectiveness.
In partnership with key functions (Insights, IT, GTM Strategy etc), define the future state differentiated RM capability required to cater for key growth channels and challenges: E-Commerce; Away from Home; Direct to Consumer; Personalized Value.
Partner with the Strategic Foresights & Shopper Insights teams, as well as external agencies to define the next generation approach to Pack, Price & Promotional research, data & optimisation techniques, including leverage of big data and development of a “personalised value” proposition.
Partner with the Sales Capability lead to build plans to equip our Sales Teams with inherent Revenue Management capability and input to the future talent model for Sales.
Consolidating and mapping disparate data sources (internal & external) combined with market leading analytics to drive real time insight in order to gain competitive advantage.
Engage and project manage external 3rd party suppliers as required (Data & Analytics experts) to get to robust solutions that can be rolled out in Turkey Business Unit.
Developing and implementing productivity projects in the area of responsibility.
Identifying and plan the basic needs in the packaging area
Monitoring the performance of shifts and to improve their performance
Supporting shift supervisors in order to meet customer demands on time and to produce the volume required to be produced in a timely and accurate manner by making the necessary organizational planning in the packaging areas according to the production plan.
Supporting related departments in new product trials
Makes and approves new product package technical drawings and supports product identification processes.
To ensure that production is made according to Product Safety and Occupational Safety standards
To ensure the implementation of global projects
To provide communication between teams
Participating in efficiency and quality projects and improving results
To create the necessary infrastructure for working in accordance with the Food Safety and Hygiene rules
Ensuring, monitoring, evaluating, performing activities in the department in accordance with the GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Occupational Health and Safety procedures and instructions
To contribute to increase technical competence by organizing technical trainings
To ensure that the activities in the production lines are carried out in line with food safety, good production practices, occupational safety and needs.
Contributing to cross functional innovation functions.
To follow up the maintenance work in the packaging area where he is responsible
Ensuring the creation and follow-up of opex and capex purchasing requests required in line with the production needs
Ensuring, monitoring and evaluating the activities in the department to be carried out at AIB standards
To meet the requirements in the area of responsibility within the scope of lean manufacturing studies
Participating in relevant studies to evaluate product quality, monitoring and reporting the performance of shifts.
To ensure that the production in the packaging line conforms to IPS standards.
To evaluate customer complaints technically and to provide the necessary developments and coordination to keep the customer complaints at a minimum level
Reports detected problems on AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene and Food Defense to the relevant responsible persons
Having the responsibility to report the problems related to the food safety management system to designated personnel
To know PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety Policy and to comply fully,
To ensure that the necessary actions are taken to ensure the continuity and improvement of the GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to fulfill the system requirements
To know the PepsiCo Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Policy and to comply fully,
To fulfill the legal and other requirements regarding the environment, occupational health and safety,
Ensuring that actions are taken by making risk notifications,
