Being part of Active Cosmetics Division - Pharmacy Channel and directly reports to the Business Development Manager
Leading category and channel development projects through coordinating all stakeholders for excellent execution on the field.
Responsible for providing consultancy service to Pharmacists on digitalization, professionalization, better shopper experiences, merchandising and category development
Analyzing market data, shopper behaviours, competition and creates concrete actions plans with sales & marketing teams.
Managing annual sell-out budget according to company's priorities and accounts' business objectives.
Negotiating and monitoring key accounts' JBPs with sell out teams.
Joining category management related customer meetings with Business Development Manager and track field executions
Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
