  • Manage and maintain the quality inspection and product release programs for incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Continuous improvement by maintaining improvement studies in quality and food safety projects

  • Monitor daily quality activities

  • Ensure continuity of HACCP systems and review the systems with HACCP team
  • Organize AIB and FSSC audits, lead the food safety team and analyze the findings and ensure necessary actions are taken to prevent re-occurance
  • All activities should be conducted inline with PepsiCo Health and Safety System and ISO 14001 Environmental System 
  • Monitor performances and maintenance activities for laboratory equipments
  • Perform the trainings related with laboratory and quality standards
  • Track and manage supplier related complaints.
    • Contribute to the growth of a brand on your market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product(s)
    • Manage marketing budget and brand profit and loss
    • Analyze market and consumer data in order to create action points towards product strategy and vision, and create road map
    • Contribute brand communication strategy by being part of creating local communication assets and realizing digital transformation on media planning
    • Lead all agency partners for Integrated Marketing Communication process of the brand,
    • Minimum 2 years professional experience
    • Financial knowledge & commercial understanding
    • Fluent in English
    • good knowledge of MS Office
    • Operating knowledge of how to commercialize innovations (including Stage Gate management)
    • Commercial negotiation skills and/or commercial supply chain experience
    • Good understanding of market research methods
    • Understand channels/trade P&L
    • Strong commercial negotiation skills
    • Working within a complex, fluid x-functional environment
    • Managing significant amounts of change and being able to influence a broad base of x-functional stakeholders & peers
