  • Define methods and parameters of procurement, update logistic specifications and close follow-up of direct and indirect channel sales team.

  • Preparing and publishing following reports on a quarterly basis:
  • Competitor studies
  • Tracking global and Turkish new players in the market and analysis
  • Collecting and analyzing information about the existing players in the organized trade
  • Collecting and analyzing information about global players
  • Macro economic studies: Quarterly analysis of macroeconomic indicators and preparing the presentation
  • Creating and publishing weekly news of competitors & trade ecosystem: new product, new communication etc.
  • Preparing and regular update of company presentation to be shared with external teams
  • Regular tracking and reporting of global / local articles and news on following topics: Macro - consumer - marketing – technology
  • Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery to achieve OTFR (On Time Fill Rate) and OTIF (On Time In Full) targets with customer oriented approach
  • Develop Colaboration projects with clients (Data exchanges, flow optimization, KPI’s, OSA, stock in trade etc.)
  • Manage system incidents (SAP and domestic tools) and new project implementations wtih Information Technologies team
  • Identify customer needs and define related strategy with Customer Care Manager and sales team
  • Efficiently answer the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) and record, analyze and follow up the dispute situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Control, sales and controlling teams, and physical distribution
  • Ensure that you reinforce the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions in term of payment deadlines, through follow-up of the bills payment
  • Stay in touch with Credit Control department in order to identify any credit risks and to implement adapted corrective actions
  • Communicate towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions and ensure the continuity of service
  • JOB PURPOSE: Supporting shopper & revenue management insight team through superior and differentiated analytics insights & foresights


    • Role will take active role in insight generation process in order to support Shopper & Pricing Insight team in driving the execution for Shopper and mid-term Revenue Management Insights.
    • Support shopper insights supervisor to lead and execute shopper insights & mid-term pricing insights agenda
    • In order to accelerate growth in selected channels; deliver key shopper insights (as identified by the Supervisor) to commercial teams in order to help them to shape shopper marketing, pack price architecture, executional excellence and merchandising efficiency and trade spend strategies.
    • Cooperate with agencies in execution of specific shopper (entry & exit interviews, eye track) and pricing (P3, Neurosience) research projects
    • Provide shopper insights on improving in-store visibility, create instore efficiency, increase shopper conversions in order to boost category purchases.
    • Provide pricing insights to highlight new pack type / size introduction, delist and price increase/decrease opportunities which will maximize the market share, revenue and volume.
    • Assist RM Strategy team with regular price range analysis, define hot price points, monitor category / brand performances within price ranges, highlight bestselling SKUs for each range and identify opportunity areas to gain competitive advantage in market.
    • Work collaboratively with CatMan team, capture learnings and generate insight that could be used provide customer-specific recommendations
    • Follow shopper and retail trends and present them to Insight / CatMan team to identify growth opportunities and shape and influence Category Management plans
    • Proactively seek and find best tools and methodologies for Shopper/Customer Insight techniques
    • Utilize Shopper Insights budget efficiently, and effectively, to maximize return on Shopper Insights spending.
