Support country-level forecasting process, and balance demand forecast, sales plan and customer orders


Prepare 16 week rolling forecast for I/C scope


Review each incoming purchase order against agreed MOQs, and delivery timelines

  • 4th year of undergraduate student,

  • Supporting recruitment processes; job postings, screening, phone interviews and short list candidates,
  • Coordination of initial interviews with TA team and Hiring Managers,
  • Assisting TA team in all processes and ongoing projects,
  • Supporting talent mapping in different functions,
  • Daily review of applications in our ATS and corresponding portals,
  • Follow-up of candidates in all stages.
  • University Graduate
  • Min 7 years of Brand Marketing experience, FMCG is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • - Develop the shopper marketing strategy based on shopper insights


    - Tailor shopper marketing campaigns according insights from consumers


    - Develop point-of-purchase materials for use in stores


    - Track and report results of in-store campaigns and capture learning’s and make actionable recommendations


    - Manage displays budget and maximize return on investment


    - Support Retail Marketing for Selling Stories deployment

    • University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
    • Min. 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferably in FMCG companies
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
