- University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferably in FMCG companies
- Strong analytical problem solving skills

- Coordination of initial interviews with TA team and Hiring Managers,
- Assisting TA team in all processes and ongoing projects,
- Supporting talent mapping in different functions,
- Daily review of applications in our ATS and corresponding portals,
- Follow-up of candidates in all stages.
