  • Macro economic studies: Quarterly analysis of macroeconomic indicators and preparing the presentation
  • Creating and publishing weekly news of competitors & trade ecosystem: new product, new communication etc.
  • Preparing and regular update of company presentation to be shared with external teams
  • Regular tracking and reporting of global / local articles and news on following topics: Macro - consumer - marketing – technology

Manage budget and sales forecast and also manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category.


Decide & Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences, with the ultimate “beauty tech” vision of the company.


Create & Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale)


Define and steer the country strategy for the brand/category consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth; and and be pioneer for the digital & ecommerce transformation of the company.


Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (digital, sales, logistics, education, etc.), partner agencies, and international zone teams to build broader business strategy


Make recommendations to management & lead the shift on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors.

Ecommerce is one of the fastest growing way of workings ever created. As PepsiCo, we’re also investing in Ecommerce and this fast growing area need expanded teams in order to increase focus within its sub-channels like eAwayFromHome and focus in specific areas like dedicated marketing orientation. This role will be concentrating mainly on internal stakeholder management and customer collaboration to boost Ecommerce footprints in eAFH channel.


  • Conduct full communication circle with internal stakeholders to make sure PepsiCo internal eAwayFromHome channel tools working and developing properly for Beverage and Snacks products, brands
  • Working closely with AFH and AFH Trade Marketing Teams to support eAFH operations/executions
  • Be in charge and the main contact of eAFH customers like Getir Yemek – Yemeksepeti – Trendyol Yemek – Hepsiburada Yemek, etc…
  • Support key QSRs online channels to increase PepsiCo products/partnerships visibility
  • Contact with Global Teams teams regularly in order to develop mutual learning agenda
  • Continuous control and development over PepsiCo brand’s images and products descriptions over all eCommerce customers in all sub-channels of Ecommerce (Execution of brilliant basics)
  • Lead by monitoring, analyzing and reporting internal sales tools linked with KazandıRio Ecommerce, delivering actionable results and taking necessary actions with related parties
  • Support Ecommerce Sales teams in campaign executions with key customers on weekly and monthly basis by linking Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing teams
  • Generate new content in coordination with digital marketing and external creative partners customized for customer needs. Regular coordination on banner creations and imagery actions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure communication between Ecommerce – brands and sales.
  • Competitor analysis on a regular base
  • Organize and lead collaboration meetings with AFH – Digital – Trade Marketing and external parties when necessary
  • Support eAFH (eAwayFromHome) agenda in collaboration with stakeholders.
