- University graduate (Engineering background is preferred)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities. Macro & Coding knowledge is critical
- At least 3-4 years experience in demand planning
- A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationship
- Beverage/Food manufacturing or FMCG experience would be a distinct advantage
- Integrated Demand Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc) would be a significant asset
- Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of FMCG industry
- Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and ambitious with desire to progress and develop
- Effective time management and planning skills
