Pepsico Bodrum ve Marmaris Bölgesi'nde pazarlama ekipmanları yönetimi departmanında pazarlama ekipmanları saha sorumlusu olarak görevlendirmek üzere aşağıdaki kriterlere uygun ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz;

• Sorumlu olduğu bölgede Müşteri beklentilerini karşılamak ve aşmak üzere pazarlama ekipmanlarının montaj, bakım ve servis faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesini sağlamak. Pazarlama ekipmanlarının sahaya hazır halde bulunmasını sağlamak, ekipman stok seviyelerini kontrol etmek. Teknisyen faaliyetlerini yönetmek.,
• Ekipman takip ve kontrolü için gerekli prosedürlere ait dökümantasyonu ve işlemleri (EWO , EMO ,senet ,irsaliye ,aktarım ,sayım vs.) güncel ve zamanında takibi sağlamak.
• Ekipman yönetimi ve müşteri yönetimini şirketin belirlemiş olduğu hedefler dahilinde gerçekleştirecek,
• Ekipmanların servis,bakım ve tamirini zamanında, profesyonelce , en az maliyetle yaptırabilmek için liderlik etmek
• Teknisyenlerin günlük ve haftalık iş planlarını yapmak
• Ekipman taleplerini gözden geçirerek örnekleme yolu ile ziyaret etmek, MEM Bölge Müdürü’ne raporlamak
• Sorumluluklarını yerine getirme ve bakım standartlarını (ekipmanlar, servis, periyodik bakım, araç temizliği, aletler, yedek parça) belirleme konusnda MEM proseslerini anlama ve uygulama
• Genel müşteri davranışlarını ve ekipman performansını göz önünde bulundurarak müşteri taleplerini karşılayabilmek.
• Teknik konularda ekibinin eksiklerini liderlik ve rehberlik ederek giderme
• Ekipman kullanımları konusunda müşteriye eğitim vermek
• Müşteriye servis ve verimliliği arttırmak için sistem ve prosesleri(KPIs,skorboord…) takip etmek
• Bodrum'da ikame edecek ve planlar doğrultusunda Marmaris, Fethiye'ye seyahat ederek konaklayacak,

• 4 years’ university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Min 1 year of experience in supply chain for Supply Planner / Min 3 years of experience in supply chain for Senior Supply Planner
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation ability
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Define methods and parameters of procurement, update logistic specifications and close follow-up of direct and indirect channel sales team.
• Cooperate with Logistics, Customer Care, Demand Planning and indirect channel teams and develop strong relationships with suppliers, and formalize working processes with them (key indicators, service level agreement).
• Have a key role to discuss and ensure availability with factories concerning new components for launches, be alert on any issues, develop medium term strategy with suppliers and send monthly schedule requirements for rolling 12 months to factories.
• Define stock parametrization for company and improve stock level while securing service given to clients and Create logistic pre-specification for new references.

• Control the related production KPI's for his/her responsibility
• Support to the shift operations managers and shift coordinators to produce the weekly demand according to the plan.
• Ensuring efficient production runs on production lines for his/her responsibility
• Track Performance in production Lines lines for his/her responsibility (basic, oil, seasoning, packaging efficiencies) for all shifts
• Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
• Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards
• Define and plan the all shift needs for production lines for his/her responsibility
• Ensuring food safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
• Ensuring people safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
• Lead to the quality and producutivity projects production lines for his/her responsibility
• Coordinating communication of all related production teams in his/her responsibility
• Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
• Meeting the requirements Management system with in the plant such as GEHSMS and 14001 Environmental Management System in his/her area of responsible
• Support to shift operations manager to lead the weekly performance meeting wih his/her lines .
• Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
• Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards contribute to ensure that
• Contribute to the ensure the cross functional innovative projects.
• Coordinate and planning the maintenance requirements production lines for his/her responsibility with the maintenance team
• Supports the Kaizen Process position for process improvements are consistent with improvements in global value chain. Review and verified on the shopfloor daily or weekly flow of the value chain
• Responsible for the managing the standard works (shop floor and leader standard work) for plant.
• Focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in both the material and information flows
• Report monthly indicators of continuous improvement plan: Advance Lean transformation process monitoring, VSM Strategic Plan.
