Imagine you’ve got a $100,000 budget to establish partnerships that will help PepsiCo make an impact. Would you invest in cutting-edge tech? Trend-led new products? A charity that aligns to our values? 


Tell us who and why.

  • Anticipate and define the necessary resources for the Distribution Centers in order to answer to the Business Units commitments (service levels, deliveries lead time) over the coming months.
  • Have a daily analysis of the orders portfolio and compare it to the promotion plans. Adapt them to stocks availabilities and to the capacity of distribution centers.
  • Prepare and obtain the arbitration by retailer in order to get a better allocation of resources in case of products shortage.
  • Analyze shortages and carry out products substitutions according to the commercial priorities in order to optimize service level.
  • Coordinate the different logistic services (Sales, Physical Distribution, Customer Service, Business Unit Supply) through the sharing of information (shortages, MAD, substitutions) in order to ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Follow the launch and promotion activities in order to anticipate risks (service level and costs) and to propose corrective actions plans. - Participate to the optimization of orders picking and transport operations in order to gather orders by delivery point.
  • Managing and developing the Electrical technicians,
  • Able to use root cause analysis methods such as 5 why, fishbone in failure and loss of productivity issues,
  • To manage Predictive, Planned, Preventive, Corrective and Reactive maintenance activities,
  • In necessary cases; managing the process by communicating with OEM companies for spare parts supply and maintenance activities
  • Organizing, managing and supervising the subcontractors,
  • To follow the budgets of the department, to plan and manage business plans accordingly and to ensure efficient use of resources,
  • Leading new Capex projects, to execute according to technical specifications and PepsiCo requirements,
  • Participating in Lean agenda, Standard work projects, Productivity projects and improvement projects in the Plant and taking an active role in related issues.
  • To follow up energy consumption data and support reporting. Taking action with the technical systems manager and electrical maintenance supervisor when necessary,
  • Communicates with the government agencies and improves existing relations,
  • 4 years’ university degree,
  • Min 3 years of experience in controlling / financial audit, preferably in FMCG sector
  • Strategic thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
  • Responsible for catalog management for distributors and customers (Top local key accounts)
  • Monitor the periodic meetings with distributors with sales representatives and distributors in accordance with future goals

  • Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
  • Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
