Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business administration

3-5 years experience related to several aspects of HR, including HR Coordinator or Generalist duties

Fluency in English

Good knowledge of employment / labor laws across Turkey

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Excellent communication and people skills

Experience processing payroll, benefits administration and working with an HRIS system

Strong organization skills, including ability to proactively follow up on ongoing projects, and strict attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in administrative or customer/operation support will be considered as an asset
• Well versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Fluent in English
