- Assist Digital and Media Manager in delivery of all media programs and actions within assigned platforms, brands and/or geographies 


- Support agency management, project delivery and management of media to deliver market excellence, leadership and innovation


- Support management of media investment by optimizing media efficiency, implementing buying strategy etc. 


- Support all digital marketing activity, build content and creative projects for all social media assets, manage brand social media accounts


- Develop search engine optimized brand websites, via working closely with local and global media agencies


- Keep up with the latest developments in the field of digital marketing and social media


- Track and manage media related budgets via ensuring accurate internal reporting 


- Assist Media and Digital Manager on influencer marketing campaigns, via establishing close contacts with media agencies and brand team

  • Market insight capability – min. 4 years experience across the full breadth of market insight techniques – (retail audit, consumer panels, loyalty data, segmentation)
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly numerate with very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to clearly distil a lot of complex data and information into actionable insights for the marketing/business
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesis and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events etc to generate insights
  • Ability to combine data, judgment and experience to make effective decisions in complex situations and when there is a lot of uncertainty or ambiguity
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies
  • Proven ability to manage a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border), collaborating and influencing, actively seeking the input of others to gain broad alignment to ideas, communicating direction and influencing decision making to move teams towards a common goal

Education/Certifications:


  • Minimum Qualification: University degree (marketing, economics beneficial) 



Work Experience:


  • Experience in Brand management (FMCG) no less than 7 years;

  • Preferred: Prior Marketing Brand building experience within consumer packaged goods;



Requirements:


  • Marketing and financial literacy;

  • Strong success record in product/ brand management across all 4 Ps;

  • Strong leadership skills;

  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment;

  • Combination strong analytical skills and creative thinking and problem solving skills;

  • Be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic environment;

  • English: written and verbal no less than upper-intermediate.
