  • Maintaining/monitoring sales premium models in all channels in order to support Channel Strategy team.
  • Supported Channel Strategy team during 5 years of channel plans and market/channel assessments.
  • Sustain/refresh store segmentations of each channels.
  • Supported Channel Strategy team on specific channel projects and lead one of them.
  • Supported commercial capability team on GTM/Transformation projects.
  • Supported Perfect Store Agenda on executional details.
