- Delivering revenue, volume and share goals for the company,
- Extensive analysis to understand customer business drivers, support identifying future growth initiatives and making necessary preparations for annual top-to-top meetings,
- Communicating of annual agreement in-store execution details to sales field,
- Planning and implementation of promotions and insert activities, including supply chain coordination,
- Develop effective account activity calender communication tool with sales field in order to secure excellent in-store execution of activities,
- Conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities,
- Measure, monitor and report key accounts activities,
- B2B Utilizations to evaluate consumer pull, activity performance, new product performance and take actions when necessary,
- Work with related commercial and support functions to drive account specific initiatives,
- Responsible to track&monitor customer’s activity and discount budget and ensure actual spend will remain within plan.
- Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
- Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
- Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
- Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization.
- Manage the sales forecasts quality.
- Manage the global monthly sales forecast process.
- Build the baseline forecast.
- Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
- Participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to their activity and be the referent of their job.
- You are a final year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to three years of work experience.
- You have full-time availability to join our graduate program in September 2021.

- You are a fluent English speaker (local language is beneficial).
- At minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics (preferably FMCG companies, media houses, research agencies)
- Ability to navigate in matrix organization

- Ability to work under high level of ambiguity
- Market insight technical expertise - experience and understanding across full breadth of market insight techniques - retail audit, consumer panels, loyalty data, market mix, trends, segmentation
