You will be responsible catalog management for distributors and customers (Top local key accounts),make joint planning and business development meetings with the merchandising team and plan & implement of activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,


You have a key role to monitor the periodic meetings with distributors with sales representatives and distributors in accordance with future goals.

Prepare ingredient and product specifications with aligned content and in defined formats, transfer into the available Documentation Systems.


Support Project Manager on Technical Stage Gate process by preparing required technical documents and following approval process .


Support line trial preparations and reporting.


Support Laboratory scale prototype sample development.


Organize sensory, physical, chemical and other analyses as required.

·       Manage database and analyze data


·       Track Panorama and internal systems for product/customer related data (product opening, price definitions etc.)


·       Provide distributor support, track sell-in/sell-out data


·       Prepare and deliver periodic distributor month closing figures


·       Take project based responsibility and demonstrate close follow up with internal/external stakeholders

  • 4 years’ university degree,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Min 4 years of experience in digital for "Digital Project Manager" role / Min 6 years of experience in digital for "Senior Digital Project Manager" role
  • Know-how in Digital Media, e-commerce (indirect and D2C), Performance Marketing and Measurement, UI and UX design, SEO, content management, and social media
  • Excellent understanding of digital ecosystem and a trend seeker
  • Experience in on-site omnichannel marketing tools, e-commerce consumer intelligence platforms, Demandware and/or Magento platforms, Microsoft Dynamics and all related CRM platforms, all tools within Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, SimilarWeb, SearchMetrics, Hotjar is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Min 7 years of brand management experience in FMCG sector
  • Ability to work with virtual teams in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment
  • Perfect command of English
  • Strong strategic mindset, creative act and solid analytical thinking
  • Proactive, think & act ahead: able to project in the future
  • Thinking out of the box to solve complex problems with smart & pragmatic solutions
