Meaningful work from Day One: As an Associate Manager with us in HR, you'll have the responsibility to lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR work – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.   • Data management on myHR regarding all employee data,
  • Reporting on HR administration processes such as annual leave, employee list,
  • Executing legal requirements on HR administrative (Employee SGK entrance, termination, etc)
  • Medical and life insurance transactions
  • Providing data for monthly payroll ( Transportation aid, overtime, vacation days, etc)
  • Vacation day and overtime approval and tracking
  • Act as a main contact for the customer groups, regarding administrative operations
  • Provide support for audits regarding administrative needs
  • Act as a lean agent for HR processes
  • Providing data for both plants and full company related reports
  • Be responsible for analyzes and provide guidance to people strategy for customer groups
  • Be responsible for HC planning & tracking for customer groups
  • Accountable for delivery of all relevant activities to an agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Play a day to day role supporting Local HR processes
  • Support Managers and Employees to find Self Service solutions wherever possible.
  • As appropriate participate in ad-hoc projects
  • May play a role in supporting the execution of Core Processes such as OHS survey completion, data validation etc. 
  • Administer local agreements/policies – providing clear interpretation to employees/managers where appropriate
